Счастье – это когда себя понимают. Говорят, что счастье, это когда тебя понимают. Однако есть психологи, готовые оспорить или подкорректировать эту формулу. «Счастье – это когда себя понимают», — считает Алла Спиваковская, создатель отдельного направления в психотерапии – беатотерапии. Главный принцип беатотерапии – помочь людям овладеть искусством счастливой жизни. Алла Семеновна – доктор психологических наук, профессор факультета психологии МГУ, практикующий психотерапевт.

Мне кажется, в принципе, понятий «счастливый» и «несчастливый» нет. Жизнь такая, какая она есть, просто ее можно называть счастливой или несчастливой. Когда человек верит в то, что он может сделать свою жизнь счастливой, значит, ему, наверное, в это хочется верить, и он озабочен этим вопросом. А то, что он этим вопросом озабочен, значит, он уже несчастлив. Счастливым можно только научиться быть. Никто тебе счастье не дает и не дарит — ты либо счастлив, либо несчастлив, все зависит от отношения к жизни. Есть такое утверждение: если ты не можешь изменить положение вещей, ты можешь изменить отношение к ним.

Как получилось название беатотерапия?
Слово «беатотерапия» исходит из латинского слова beatus , которое в переводе означает счастливый, блаженный, благими дарами наделенный, радостный. Отсюда беатотерапия – психотерапия счастья. Я бы добавила, что мы исходим в беатотерапии из тезиса, что счастье – это когда себя понимают, и второе, что счастье не может случиться в несчастливом уме. Если ум у нас несчастлив, то мы не можем реализовать наш проект – быть счастливыми. Поэтому необходимо изучать свой ум, как он работает, какие он дает нам подсказки, и превратить ум в инструмент своего счастья. Вот в чем все дело. Беатотерапия представляет собой теорию и практику психотерапии со здоровыми людьми. Цель беатотерапии — создание условий, при которых человек становится счастливым, совершив сознательные изменения в своем внутреннем мире и в своей жизни, а также изучение и анализ закономерностей этого процесса. Предмет беатотерапии — внутренний мир человека и его повседневная жизнь в процессе сознательного самопреображения. Беатотерапия – это психотерапия счастья. Состояние счастья уже задано каждому человеку как изначальное проявление Бытия. Однако между “задано” и “быть счастливым” огромная дистанция. Искусство быть счастливым — это путь роста, самосозидания.

Социальная жизнь, природная жизнь не так проста у нас, на нашей планете. И часто, и много мы видим всевозможные негативные события, трагические. Но давайте подумаем, как мы можем воспринимать негативные события. Я бы предложила разделять так называемое сознательное, необходимое страдание и воображаемое страдание. Например, каждый человек из своего опыта знает, что если ему приходится справляться с реальными трудностями – с потерей близких, с какими-то объективно трудными для него ситуациями, когда мы очень стараемся превозмочь, решить проблему, превозмочь трудности, то у нас как будто бы дополнительные силы появляются. И, как правило, людям даются те силы, которые позволяют им возвыситься над трудностями. А вот когда мы думаем о том, что мы будем делать, если наступит какая-то проблема, наступит какое-то несчастье, мы совершенно лишаемся сил. Беатотерапия, как психотерапевтическая наука, изучает закономерности работы человека по его сознательному самопреобразованию, а так же открывает и описывает новые направления и этапы этого многогранного процесса. Многолетние исследования показывают, что человек в условиях беатотерапии оказывается способным в большей мере опираться на собственное внутреннее прочувствование каждого момента, а не на оценки и мнения окружающих. Он развивает в себе высочайшее из человеческих психологических умений – способность целостно и полно присутствовать к каждому уникальному моменту собственной жизни.

Еще одна ваша формула: если человек себя понимает, не так уж и важно, понимают ли его другие. На мой взгляд, это путь и призыв к махровому эгоизму. Это так?
Отчасти. Нам очень важно для счастья видеть в глазах наших близких понимание, сочувствие, разделение наших побед, радость за нас. Но давайте подумаем, что первично в этом процессе? Если я сам себя не понимаю, если я сам себя не знаю, если бессознательные силы заставляют меня действовать вопреки моей пользе, могу ли я понять другого человека? Но если я не понимаю другого, разве я могу требовать, чтобы другой понимал меня? Когда мы любим себя, мы любим и другого. Когда мы ненавидим себя, мы ненавидим и другого. Поэтому главное – это, конечно, последовательно, аккуратно изучать себя, причины своих поступков, причины своих неудач, причины своих побед, отвоевывать у своего бессознательного все новые и новые пространства. Ведь наш внутренний мир – это огромное пространство, а мы обычно живем только в его малой части. В принципе, ведь все мы родственники, у нас у всех один папа и одна мама – Ева и Адам. Мы все родственники на земле, но эта простая мысль не является действием для нас. Беатотерапия детально исследует психологические законы беатума, которые открывают в каждом человеке возможности определять присущие именно ему точные направления и эффективные способы действия. Беатум – это такое состояние человека, когда сила его Бытия присутствует в его сознании в данный момент, в данном пространстве и времени. Беатум– это состояние сознания человека, соответствующее его истинной человеческой природе. Беатум– это результат верно избранного направления действия.
